Yoga Restore: is great for the new Yogi, but beneficial to all yoga students who want to re-energize and recover. Deep stretching, meditation breathing, and gentle yoga poses help your body and mind relax and rejuvenate.
Yoga Fire: We focus on the core and a Vinyasa Yoga practice flowing and connecting one move to one breath.
Yoga Mountain: Another Vinyasa practice with focus on balance and the legs.
Yoga Water & Fire: Is a Vinyasa practice focusing on rotational stretches and core work from yoga poses and pilaties.
Cross train with all our cardio and strength classes. We like to burn tons of calories with our cardio and HIIT classes.
Zumba Fitness: A cardio dance classes that brings the party to your workout. Make no mistake, this is an amazing full body workout. You must give it a try!
Boxing 30/Strong NATION 30: Now this class is a serious workout! 30 minutes of intense cardio kickboxing followed by 30 minutes of Strong Nation, a interval training HIIT to real cool beats! The entire class is done with your won body weight!
We offer strength classes done at home or where ever with hand weights and bands. Get strength training with two short but effective 30 minute workouts.
Buns & Guns: You will superset weights and target the arms and legs in 30 minutes.
Glutes & Abs: We move quickly between leg and glute exercise with core work! It is an awesome workout that you make you sweat.
We are now doing our in person classes outdoors! Due to the increased temperatures, these classes will be posted as events and updated on our schedule. NO CLASSES OUTDOORS ARE SCHEDULE AT THIS TIME.
